I agree that half the solution is no jobs unless you can prove you are here legally. Anyone caught here illegally should also be permanently blacklisted and made ineligible for citizenship or reentry. Only exemption is for kids that were brought here and had no choice.
Until we show we mean business about our laws nobody will take them seriously especially our congresspeople.
