Absolute rubbish, of course. Anyone who works in America pays payroll taxes, and anyone who spends money in America pays sales tax. My state has a $1000 exemption per person, so if you make more than a grand in Illinois, you pay state income tax. Then there are other taxes, like on gasoline, electricity (oh, yes, if you have an electric bill take a look), cable TV, telephone service and so on. This is related to the myth that the rich pay an "unfair share" of the nation's taxes.
