Republicans throw Charlie Crist overboard.

Now, the Governor of Florida has a big decision to make.

The Republicans in the Florida legislature passed a bill to stick it to the teachers and students of Florida and Governor Crist vetoed it. He vetoed the f**ker! That took some balls.

Then, his campaign manager, Connie Mack, resigned. It did not help that former Governor Jeb Bush had also supported the bill. In effect, Governor Crist signed the divorce papers.

Now Governor Crist has to make a decision. He has little chance of winning the Senate seat after this veto. Does he switch Parties? Or does he pull a Lieberman and run as an Independent? The odds are that he will do the latter.

The Florida race is the clearest sign thus far of the deep divisions within the Republican Party. If they don't get the "tea-baggers" back into the flock, they are screwed.
