56. I haven't allowed Windoze in the house in years
when I got tired of fixing everybody's machines for nothing. Well, except for a tiny partition for when I have to work from home. I'm still loving Fedora 12.

Monday I had to put XP back on a partition in my usual box because I got a new 1TB drive. I spent a day and a half battling that sumbitch to a draw, but I got my taxes done. (The lady who does 'em usually is going back to school this year, so I was on my own.)

I'm just not used to flinging an OS on a box and not having everything to work the first time (including my USB wireless dongle). You think my language is bad on DU, you should have been a mouse in the corner. It takes a half-hour to set Fedora up with 100% of it working the first time.

Thank heaven I'm through with Windoze for another year.
