That's documentation of a crime that should be investigated.

There should be a presumption of coercion in documentation of sexualized violence. A woman's vagina couldn't safely be penetrated by a horse, so it's assault. If one wants to be absurd and says she does it to "fulfill her sexual agency," then she needs to be hospitalized like any other self-mutilator. But someone filmed that. And those people should be in prison.
