would it be crossing the line if the roles were reversed? If we were invaded by say China, if they killed millions of us. How would you feel if some star from China came to the US, posed for pictures with Obama or anyone, and said "We shouldn't be killing all these Americans. We should make peace."

Honestly, answer that question.

If we had had a legitimate goal in Vietnam, had it been a just war, I'd feel differently. Had Jane done it to Hitler, I would hate her too. But it was my generation that was getting drafted. It was my husband and father in harms way. And it was an unjust, unwinable war. And we invaded their country.
