And you are right, the government will never require such a thing. Unfortunately there is no simply answer to this problem, Woman absolutely have the right to breast-feed....but our culture has somehow grown past the stage where public breast-feeding is acceptable to all people. Maybe we should ban baby formula or require a prescription for it. Maybe that would push society back toward acceptance.
