354. ya know, I'm thinking if they really wanted to sink the repukes
if I was the democrats, I'd create the most progressive bills--have debate televised so all of the people could see the real party of "no." Bills for fast track job creation, a real health care reform. I'd do every bill that will help mainstreet, and watch while the repukes twist in the wind. Really show the people who's blocking progress. Let the people see who's really obstructing help for them. Don't compromise---do progressive bills for the people, and as they're voted down by the "party of no" and the blue dogs--the people will see who's for em and against em. When you water down a bill, where it winds up hurting those instead of helping them, it does more harm or is ineffectual. Anyway, that's what I'd do and screw bi-partisanship.
