OOLTEWAH, Tenn. (WRCB) -- An Ooltewah man has a new home thanks to a complete stranger.

Tommy Biggs' home was caving in and not conducive to his wheelchair. He recently had a leg amputated.

But Brigg's luck changed when Curtis Cordwell knocked on his door.

Cordwell recently suffered a stroke and is out of work. He offered his skills to build a ramp for Biggs, but when he saw the shape the home was in he got an idea.

"There's no way if I could help it would I let someone I know or love live here," said Cordwell, "so we started calling all the people in the community."

It's things like this that help restore my faith in humanity...

Peace,

Ghost
