The fund-cutting argument is a fraud in and of itself. Despite the absolute impossibility of our party's slim majority achieving anything like that legislatively - and the absolute inanity of the 'vote no' approach which directs Bush to do NOTHING - there are still folks who will scream and holler from the outside at our own party for what is clearly the fault of the republican obstruction.
