No problem at all I thinking he may be biased, that would pretty much be normal, it is the rare person who would not tend to color things to make their story lean in their favor but I have no reason whatsoever to think he might be actually lying. On the other hand we know her to lie as a matter of course... Having said that i would go with his side before hers.
