15. a) not what article says, b) not what alleged, & c) no indication court intends to pursue
the allegations made by her fellow nutters.

The claims by other birther nuts of equally dubious credibility are that she tried to suborn perjury. They did not testify since the case was dismissed and did not come to trial. Doubt the court wants to pursue attempted suborning perjury charges a) for case that didn't go forward, and b) based on word of people who themselves have serious credibility issues. One such affidavit, other than Sinclair's, was publicly accessible and was just flat out bizarre. Beyond looney toons.

The affidavits may get referred to state bar which already has pending complaints against Taitz.
