The piece of shit town that it is. Noting the cops do here surprises me. I would love some more detail in the first story, but still, can't imagine a reason to tase someone old and sick.
Unless it's for fun, most the time cops tase it's for sport or because they have no guts. All the training cops go through now is about how to keep the officer safe.
