His program has made an industry on video taping people and then editing them to make the person look as silly as possible. He's admitted this on his show several times and has voiced aloud "why would anyone allow us to film them"?

Then he falls hook, line and sinker for the same technique, albeit the people wielding it were doing it for much more nefarious reasons.
