And was the first one through the door, the lady I was dealing with was fresh and not tired.

I made sure to have all my paper work and filled out everything as clearly as I could.

She had "Get Fuzzy" clock on the wall, I recognized the character and commented and we had a rapport very quickly, that's one of my favorite cartoons.

She did mention that some of her clients are "difficult" sometimes and that it's often the people who have been on assistance for a considerable length of time.
