98. That IS the critical question
$15000 annual premiums, $5000 deductible per person for first 2 people in a 3 person family (so $10,000 potential out of pocket, not including copays), formulary prescription plan that means top tier meds can be $75, if they are covered, and no telling what they wouldn't pay for, as it gets worse each year. This is all via the employers plan but employer doesn't pay a dime of it, I pay all premiums (small company with less than 50 employees).

So I would get no option to get out?
