Truncated quote; full one below. I hesitate to post this, but then I saw the lack of outrage there, his continuing posts about how it was the right thing to do, and I figured a reminder about the depth of depravity that is over there justifies this post, particularly in light of their taking off after Malia. Apologies to those who find this too foul; I check it out from time to time to find out what we are up against.

The bold quotes are my work. Pretty standard until this post (83):

I killed a litter of kittens a few decades ago just before the family hopped in the car for our two week vacation to Disneyland. I put ‘em in a sack and smacked it a few times with a bat and then made sure they were all dead, then threw the sack in the garbage - the same place I put chicken bones and left over ribs.

Interestingly, I have never in my life had an urge to cause physical harm to ANY human being.

I understand the chasm that exists between the value of human beings and natural resources.

My kids, against my wishes (note: answering a question about how they came to have the kittens) (but my then wife vetoed my wishes) took in a stray and, a year later, presto.

I washed my hands of it until someone needed to come in and save the day before our vacation and so I took action. Dad is the cleaner upper of other people’s problems. And that one was cleaned up simply and effectively.

One of my daughters still has a cat, but not from that litter.

And don’t get me started on spaying and neutering! It is not a moral decision, but a practical one. The reason I would have it done is for my convenience, not the animals best interests.

They were my responsibility. I would never voluntarily own a cat. I like to pet other people’s cats and for some reason cats love me. I only like cats if they are in the right sauce though.

I am never intentionally cruel to animals. Never. It repulses me. It is something teenage boys do, and I did as a teenager, and usually learn from it at some point. I don’t presume to make the choice for other people though. Unless the animal in question is someone else’s property, I don’t really care what they do with their animals unless they are my neighbor and the results are lots of flies, etc.

There's more, but that's enough to turn any decent person's stomach. I will just add that in another post he says he cries "during chick films, even though I know they are not real."

Then he adds a smiley face.
