Eye makeup and overdone hair, as well. And if the "Faux Girls" get too chunky, they toss 'em out on their chunky asses. Rita Cosby was "sexy" when she was a little bit round, with bosoms and a quirky voice, but when she got big, they, pardon the expression, put her out to pasture.

It's all about sex with them when hiring female on-camera talent (the word talent is used loosely). They want their target audience, which is men of a certain age range, to LOOK.
