27. I suppose, but

I'd like to seem him and his organizations treated and investigated as terrorists or have the domestic terrorism section of the patriot act shit-canned (or both?).

He was part of the Freemen, hoped in car with explosives and headed for Montana where the FBI was in a standoff with the Freemen for like six months. Gets pulled over and gets a judicial finger shook at him, 24 months probabation. Violates terms of that by continuing to associate with Freemen. Goes to Kansas prison until his entire conviction is thrown out on a "bad search" of his vehicle. This is a year after the OKC bombing when he gets caught with the explosives and bomb making materials.

Does he lay low for the next 10 years? Doesn't seem like it from what little facts have come out. FBI and locals should have been all over this guy. They weren't, now he's giving interviews? Yeah I'd say he has friends in LE. I should investigate his uncle a bit, who came foward as "family spokesman." On the board of a hospice association and former real estate exec. Maybe he has some pull or something.
