Here's the NJ story:

Someone like Bush Pioneer and GOP US Attorney Chris Christie who has apparently been duped into launching a formal investigation of a matter laid to rest in the county-wide newspaper of record a full ten years ago. Or is it more sinister than that?

And Katherine Kennedy Townsend was just on Tavis Smiley's show tonight recounting one of Rove's first JustUs probes. Some recent good news in that one:

After more than a year of delay by the Ehrlich administration, the Board of Public Works agreed yesterday to repay a former state employee nearly $200,000 for legal bills incurred from what some considered a politically motivated investigation engineered by leading Republicans.

And the beat(up) goes on...

...unless and until they impeach these traitors.
