safely from the old tax havens that will now be on the blacklist into some new scam that prevents them from having to pay taxes like the "little people." We should keep a particularly sharp eye on the travels of Senator and Ms. Gramm.
A lot of heads will role in Congress if their use of tax haven accounts is actually made public.
