Oh and I just remembered, he's (surprise surprise) a Goldman Sachs member! Yea Hooray for Goldman!

Some change I voted for.

Why weren't people like him canned IMMEDIATELY?

Sorry, but the last couple days have REALLY soured me on this administration. Read "The Quiet Coup" article from the latest Atlantic ( http://www.theatlantic.com/doc/200905/imf-advice/1 ) and you'll realize that we all have been and we're all going to be hostages to Wall Street for some time to come. Sure, we all knew it, but this article lays it out in a clear readable way which I never dived into until now. This is an absolutely incredible article. It's a bit long, but you'll get an idea of how fucked we really are.

Their death grip is as strong as ever and there is no end in sight.

But I'll let some of you continue to chant "Hope" and "Change" until the cows come home. I'm seriously disappointed. I guess I shouldn't be incredibly surprised, but saddened and disappointed nevertheless...

BTW I'd appreciate even more links to articles explaining how we got where we are. I'm trying to really get an idea.
