and the "dressing" from it is delightful:
cut up tomatoes
sliced cucumbers
sliced raw onion rings
oregano flakes (I don't use fresh, but you could)
vinegar
oil
put it all in a tupperware container & shake it up..chill overnight..
after we eat all the veggies, the left over dressing is fantastic:)
