218. I am so sorry for your loss but just know she will never be gone from your heart. She lives
on through you. Her being will come to you at the strangest of times, brought on through a phrase someone may utter which was distinctly her or through a smell that brings her memories to the present. The pain of your loss never goes away it just gets more bearable as times goes on. Be kind to yourself, gentle on your spirit and really do things that take care of you. My deepest thoughts and condolences are with you.:hug:
