Driving in VA with DC tags! Just a little irony.

Proud2b lives in Johnson County, Kansas, the wealthiest and most envied county in Kansas. Because Kansas notes the county on its tags, it can sometimes feel as if you'll get ticketed just for having JOCO tags elsewhere in the state. And, as shocking as it sometimes is to some Kansans, not everyone in Johnson county is rich and living in a million dollar home.
