18. Completely agree with the wishlist - am adding a special category of working stiffs

those that were beyond irresponsible. Every root of this evil visited on our economy needs to be hunted down and impoverished.

I scraped, I saved, I fucking didn't do jack, but had to listen to some of my acquaintances/former friends/neighbors (both working class, middle class, and new money wealth where they stupidly think "debt" is wealth, laughs on them now) laugh at the fact that I must be broke (far from it) because I didn't have the newest truck, or toy or handbag or you name it. These morons took out loans THEY KNEW THEY COULDN'T AFFORD if even one tiny thing went wrong (actually, bunches of them did liar loans and couldn't afford half of the payments required from the get go). They used their fleeting home equity to do what? Save? Invest? Add to their homes values? College fund for their kids? Fuck no. They encumbered their very living quarters with debt obligations they couldn't pay even if the market hadn't gone down so much, for manicures, new cars yearly, meals out 3 times a day, gym club memberships, and the list goes on. Trinkets.

The good working class people I know and sprang from acted responsibly, even taking hits financially when real emergencies like medical arose. I truly hope every lasting fucking hairdresser and heavy equip operator (picked at random from examples I know personally) who thought it fun to "flip" homes without any knowledge of how to do (rather just relying on the easy credit and crap building skills of the lowest paid labor they could find, since they had no skills of their own before embarking on "flippin"), along with those working stiffs who heloced up and whose foreclosed homes are dragging all the scrimper/savers down, go to bloody hell, right along with the billionaire bastards.

I hope to see my working class folks who did all the right things, still in their homes, with enough heat to not freeze this winter, enough food to not starve, some kind of work in whatever industries are not deciminated or blown asunder, and with their good habits and attitudes intact - and able to help those even less fortunate, because that is what my kind of working stiffs do.

The other kind of stiff I hope to see out in a god damned tent, freezing their asses off, and thinking about how they can pull themselves up out of the hole they arrogantly and willingly dug, without a single handout or dime from those who didn't act foolish. I don't give anyone a pass on this stupidity, nor a ticket away from dammnation just because they aren't billionaires. They did shit that I never would do, because they were greedy and didn't care if you or I got stuck with the bill later. How could I possibly absolve this attitude, just because the person is a working stiff doing it to me and you? Nope.

But you what will happen - the good workers will get reamed far more than the bad asses. It is just how I've seen the world work, and things weren't even this dire.
