Johnson/Humphrey
Nixon/Agnew
Ford/Rockefeller
Carter/Mondale
Reagan/Bush
Bush/Quayle
Clinton/Gore
Bush/Cheney
The last with real relevant military qualifications was Dwight Eisenhower. Serving in the military without any leadership position doesn't qualify one to have the necessary military experience needed to be President. Military experience does not make one the best candidate for anything except following orders.
