you spoke with Fitz and this is what he told you? That he's not going after Cheney? If he didn't tell you himself, then chances are you may not actually know what he has planned next and you've made an assumption that everything is done and over with.

Fitz is famous for keeping his cards to his vest, so I doubt he'd publicly announce who he's going after next. Besides, if there are grounds for Impeachment in this case, that would be Congress' job to do and then any unlawfulness above and beyond that Fitz could zero in on.
