 ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Disgraced Rep. Vito Fossella is all but certain to go from the House to the Big House. Prosecutors have vowed no deal for the two-timing GOP congressman, so unless he challenges the drunken driving charges against him and wins, he could find himself bedding down in a jail that has held a rogues' gallery of spies, terrorists and traitors. Once in the Alexandria lockup, 9 miles from Capitol Hill, Fossella won't get any VIP perks. "There is no special treatment," Alexandria Sheriff Dana Lawhorne told the Daily News last week.
