1) is the daughter of holocaust survivor(s), so she is the authority on what is/is not the birth of and/or full fledged fascism, totalitarianism, authoritarianism, etc.
2) her brother is a judge, so she is the authority on all things legal and otherwise
3) she knows the "authors," and one called her just prior to speaking to the family members of the victim, so she is the authority on this story.

you're right- she doesn't have the "right" to tell us what we may or may not think and/or speak of- she has the authoritay!!1!
