But nothing has been passed yet. The Daily Kos' mcjoan has a different interpretation which is a little more sanguine. And if telecom immunity is in the Senate version, please remember that it is NOT in the House version of this bill. 48 or 49 votes against telecom immunity might make the report of the joint committee decide to take it out entirely, but we need to make sure that telecom immunity gets as many "no" votes as possible.
