A pro troop attitude is when you use the troops only when you have too. As a vet I think sending our troops to war for a reason besides imminant danger is horrible. War is a last resort not something you promise.

Also israel has an efficient army because a)alot of their budget goes to war b) they have been in a constant military conflict for most of their lives while we have have short wars and long periods of peace.

As a vet you realize exactly what the price of a life is and you realize that life should not be sold that cheaply. You definatly do not declare that if elected president their will be war. especially not after the NIE report and everything else.

I saw violence, I saw the results of violence. I was not a POW and subjected to torture but I would die happy if I never have to see those things again.
