only of themselves and fail to understand the bigger picture. Such a man is suffering and struggling as much as the poor person who does not know how to get out of their situation. Forgive me for bringing up the bible but Jesus said "the poor you will always have with you." Since HE said that it means that we will always be responsible for taking care of the poor. Regardless of the reason for their poverty.
