what do you want them to do?
If the democrats filibuster the republicans will jump all over it and probably be able to get the right leaning moderates who voted for them in 2000 and 2004 to swing back from their votes against the republicans in 2006 and vote against the democrats now and in 2008.
In an ideal world the democrats would be able to undo all the damage the republicans managed to do to this country both internally and internationally these past few years but this is not an ideal world.
We are probably looking at atleast 6 to 10 years to undo most of the damage and for the democrats to solidify their position and get a firmer foundation but that wont happen if people pressure the democrats to move to early.
So again what do you all what the democrats to do and also what do you actually think they can do?
