as a child. His parents enabled him by ignoring, excusing or laughing at his stunts as a child, young man and inept adult. Only when he became a drunk did they pay attention and admit there was a problem. What did they do? They turned away from him.
The courts have done the same and are still excusing him. Only when he is drunk with power and declares martial law will they see the error of their ways.
