Unleash anonymous attack groups to run "issue" ads that blatantly lie and spread gossip and false inuendo about the candidates. Commission groups to do "push poll" phone calls. Put officials from your party in charge of falsely and illegally purging legitimate voters from voting lists, use "caging" lists to disenfranchise military members who's ethnic and economic backgrounds make them more likely to vote Democratic, and have your smears distributed and rehearsed by top political operatives in the Republican party for constant, rehearsed repetition on mainstream media argument shows. Be ready to cry about "liberal bias" if anyone insists on trying to make someone verify facts or speak genuinely about the issues.
