In an unexpected pregnancy, the woman has full control over her options going forward. The man has none. That is an unfortunate, minor, and entirely necessary injustice.

I agree he was stupid, and I agree (and stated earlier) that we couldn't allow him to win his case for the reason you stated, among others.
