I saw something on Olbermen where Feinstein's vote was a sympathy vote so Schumer wouldn't take all the heat for voting "YES".

However, I think Schumer's slate is clean. He got himself into a pickle by recommending this guy and then pretty much voting for him after stating that Murgasky would pass in the Judiciary.

Schumer has done his job. His slate is clean and he (along with Feinstein) can redeem themselves by voting "NO" now.
