95. I agree.
This is not the government that our Constitution defines. It isn't our democracy.

I saw Joseph and Valerie Wilson on the one HBO show. Their comments were in line with what progressive DUers have been saying. Joe focused on how the group in power now is intent upon destroying our Constitutional democracy. Valerie noted that if the senior White House officials had shared her identity with a foreign journalist, everyone would agree it is treason. In the neocon/AIPAC espionage case, it is sharing classified military secrets with a foreign government.

I find the defendants' claim they didn't realize they were possibly violating any law to be an obnoxious lie. If one reads about the tactics they used when dining with Larry Franklin, for example -- where they moved from building to building, and attempted to avoid detection -- it is clear that they were consciously engaged in spying activities.
