436. Yes, with the nominees in the race now on both sides,
I would vote for the dem nominee no matter who that is. BUT I wouldn't necessarily do the same in the abstract in another race.

If Holy Joe is the 2012 democratic nominee for instance, against someone like Ron Paul on the other side, I would not vote for Joe. I'd be just as concerned, if not more concerned, about the type of Supreme Court justices Lieberman would nominate than Paul, and much more concerned about Lieberman's aggressive foreign policy. Unlikely we'd ever have an extremely conservative democratic nominee running against a libertarian-type republican, but if that happens, that's how I'm voting.

I've said it before on this board and I'm sure I'll say it again -- I'm a member of the Democratic Party because of the two major parties, it most closely matches my progressive principles. Not because I really like the name.
