34. Sure she can.
She has the most media attention right now, she has all the tools in her possesion to set the debate. She almost has as much power to do this as Bush does.

And because she can't force them to vote how she wants to vote means nothing if she votes wrong on the issue anyway. So in a way they are voting the way she wants them to vote, thank the DLC.
