Calling the lunatic fringe of the Geriatric Old Perverts party nutcases and wackos is not derogatory....
Calling someone who has a mental illness a nutcase or wacko = derogatory
In conclusion: The GOP are a bunch of nutcase wackos and people with mental illnesses are not...
