Sounds like War Profiteering to me....maybe the * Administration felt they would be in power one way or another past 2008 and it wouldn't matter about War Profiteering and Accountability but with the loss in Congress last year the shit is starting to hit the fan....Petreus has no choice but to be the mouth piece of this administration...he is neck deep in the corruption.
