Stevens is a shoe-in to get re-elected again. Alaskans are not especially bright people, ( very red state) except for the fact they love getting all that government largess that has consistantly rolled in since Stevens and Young have been there. They are the Kings of Pork, there is no doubt about that. I believe Alaska brings home more Federal dollars per person than any other state. It will take more than this to stop Stevens I think..
