37. CALL YOUR SENATOR!
That is call him/her your house member, any congress critter that will listen and GET HIM OUT!
Your congress critter should be able to get your brother out, that is NO more extensions to his "contract"
I don't know if he signed up ads a conscientious objector would also keep his service from being illegally extended
(illegal imho, I'm sure the contract they sign is filled with all kinds of legal bullshit!)

That aside :grouphug: I'm glad to hear he's back and in one piece physically!
Now... get him out and up to Canada anyway lol.
From what I've seen the US is going down, very fast  the dollar is falling like a stone
despite all the propping up other countries have done to it recently.
Sorry to be a downer, but it sounds like the time he may bhave before his contract is up is limited.
Best to act now, then to regret it later.

And again, I'm so happy for your family that he's home and safe. My brother in law is in the coast guard, but I still worry about him being scooped up and sent over to the quagmire.
