I would venture to guess that the only reason that asshole joined the police force was because it was the only way he was EVER going to get anyone to call him "Sir".
He probably has a tiny dick, too.
I like the bit where the cop tells him his scanner is a "burglary tool" because he can listen to cops with it. Cops like that make me want to puke.
