You know, hyperbolic excess is colorful but reinforces rather than eliminates epistematic resistance.

I'd agree that discussions in GD-P can degenerate into personal attacks and that's a violation of the rules. So when that really goes over the top the alert button is everyone's best friend.

But there is nothing happening on GD-P that didn't happen in the last presidential primary season.

The creation of the GD-P dungeon made possible a place where the inevitable untidy adversarial nature of anonymous candidate advocacy and anti-candidate snarkiness didn't cause such general disruption that it was impossible to read around it to discuss other topics.
