There were a lot of Democrats that I knew in 2000 that didn't see any reason for voting, but they did just the same because there were local races that were very close.

We used to have a Democratic Senator and a Democratic Representative for years here in Idaho.
Idaho didn't used to be so cotton-picking far to the right.

The Iraq War, coupled with Larry Craig resigning will ENERGIZE Democrats in Idaho next year.
I guarantee that.

Republican Representative Bill Sali is the most divisive Republican to ever serve in the US Congress.
People are already lining up from within his own party to get him the hell out of Congress.
Sali is a homophobe throwback to the 1950's.

In 2009, we could once again have a Democrat Senator and a Democrat Representative in the US Congress from Idaho.
