and I am getting mighty tired of slow loading pages. I did call and was told the same as you, I can upgrade for extra bucks every month. The woman I spoke to also reminded me that if I tried to leave SBC DSL and phone service I would be charged a $200 fee as I have a two year contract. I didn't realize I had a two year contract so you had better check that out before going to another company. I do agree that Brighthouse has good service for their cable.
