On the contrary, it is up to the governing powers to prove that it wasn't. This is amplified by an order of magnitude when the governing powers have privatized the public franchise of the vote.

Obviously, the governing powers have no interest in proving much of anything outside their standard propaganda-laced nonsense. Once again, the citizens and taxpayers are told to cheney-off.

How much longer will these kinds of actions be tolerated?
